LOFT Community Services provides support and hope to people facing complex mental and physical health challenges, addictions, dementia, homelessness or risk of homelessness. LOFT stands for Leap of Faith Together and we’re there where there are few others, reaching out in response to unmet needs. Our goal is to help them live independently at home or with us.
We help young people living with mental, physical and substance use challenges. From on-campus support and employment services to counselling and mental health clinics, we’re there when young people need a safe place to turn.
We offer a range of support services for men and women facing struggles with mental health, substance use and homelessness or the risk of homelessness. Our programs include counselling, peer support and case management services.
From group housing with 24/7 support to helping seniors live independently in their own homes, we offer a range of assistance for people with diverse housing needs.
We provide specialized, community-based support services to vulnerable and at-risk seniors, including supportive housing, crisis intervention and behavioural support.
We proudly offer unique and innovative programs to meet the diverse needs of our community. Our programs include street outreach, gender-specific support and LGBTQS2 services.
