416 Community Support for Women
For more than 30 years, 416 Community Support for Women has been a highly respected organization providing a warm and welcoming refuge for women, and resources required for the preservation of their health and dignity.
On the initiative of the 416 Board of Directors, and with support of our shared funder, the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (TC-LHIN), our two organizations have integrated and on April 1, 2017, 416 Community Support for Women became a program of LOFT Community Services.
The goal of our integration is to build on the aligned values of our two organizations to improve and expand programs and services for all our clients. We aim to grow what 416 has been so successful in building, and integrate its work within the broader range of services for women with severe and persistent mental health and addiction issues in our community.
As a LOFT program, the 416 staff team will continue to provide outstanding services to their clients, with no anticipated disruption or change to services.
Services offered include:
- Life skills training
- Health care services
- Drop in services
- Case management services
- Addiction support
