St. Anne's Place

St. Anne’s Place is an apartment residence for seniors 59 year of age and older, located in Toronto’s Parkdale neighbourhood. Its 110 units house a diverse group of seniors, including those with mental health and addiction challenges, physical health concerns, social isolation, poverty, and homelessness. Programs and services are designed and implemented to provide required support in response to individual needs.

St. Anne's Place provides affordable living and practical support services that enable seniors to live comfortably and independently for as long as possible.  Tenants at St. Anne’s choose their own balance of privacy and the level of social involvement that suits them best.

Support services include personal care, meal preparation, essential housekeeping, laundry, medication support, escorts to appointments, activation and socialization, emergency response and 24-hour on-site staffing.

Congregate dining is provided in the top floor dining room, with a panoramic view of the city. The beautiful common areas of the building include the light-filled solarium and TV lounge on the top floor, cozy living room and Café area on the main floor, and spacious outdoor gardens and patio area.  The building also has on-site laundry facilities, library, hair salon, general store and a nearly-new clothing emporium for tenants to enjoy.
