You may make a change to
your pre-authorized debit at any time by contacting the Development
Office. Changes requested prior to the 5th of the month will take
effect that month. Changes received after the 5th of the month
will take effect in the following month.
Cancellation
You may revoke your
authorization at any time, subject to providing notice in writing (mail
or email) no later than the 5th of the month. Cancellations
received after the 5th will take effect in the following month.

Recourse
Statement
You have certain recourse
rights
if any debit does not comply with this agreement. For example,
you have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not
authorized or is not consistent with the PAD Agreement. To obtain
